The CHS Occupational Health Center is located at 677 Dave Nisbet Drive, Suite 101 in Port Canaveral, Florida. The Occupational Health Center is owned and operated by Comprehensive Health Services, Inc. The professional staff, including Board Certified Occupational Medicine Physicians, Physician Assistants, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Professionals and other allied health professionals such as Certified Drug & Alcohol Test Collectors provides complete Occupational Medicine and Environmental Health Services.
